Answer
If it is more than one week after missing your period, take a pregnancy test. They are accurate at that time. If it shows a positive result, you are definitely pregnant. Miscarriages occur in 15-20% of every pregnancy. There is nothing you can do to cause a miscarriage and there is nothing you can do to prevent a miscarriage.  If you are pregnant, you can safely have any type of sexual relations as long as you have not broken your water, ans as long as you do not have problems with the placenta (placenta previa, or placental abruption).  You should see an obstetrian at 8 weeks from the the first day of your last period. If you did not ovulate, you can not become pregnant. If you are already pregnant, you cannot become pregnant again until you deliver the baby. We recommend that, if you had a cesarean section, and you come to term wthin 18 months of having the cesarean section, you should have a repeat cesarean section. If, however, it is longer than that, you may possibly be able to have a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean.
