Aspirin Use During Pregnancy: Risks and Recommendations

I am a 25year old,primigravida. my LMD is 31/7/2005.Could u PLZ tell me if is it recommended to take aspirin tablets as prophylaxis or not?i dont have any complications with my pregnancy.thanks

Aspirin tablets are not recommended for use during pregnancy. There is a controversy whether Aspirin can protect you against preecclampsia (pregnancy induced hypertension). However, the studies are not complete and we do not recommend taking the Aspirin.
