Missed Period After Birth Control Break: Possible Pregnancy & Symptoms

I've been taking my birth control since June 2005 after my DNC in May 2005. I didn't have pills to take for the month of January and I have been having unprotected sex and I still haven't gotten my period (today is February 6, 2006). I took a prenancy test last week and it came up negative. What should I do? I have cramps like I'm getting my period but then my stomach hurts on my right side, what is that?

Wait.  What else can you do?  You could keep having unprotected sex and maybe get pregnant if you aren't already.  You could get another pregnancy test in a week if your period hasn't started by then.  If you are worried about other symptoms like right quadrant pain, you could go to a doctor.
