Pelvic Rest & Early Pregnancy: Can Orgasm Cause Issues?

I've recently been put on pelvic rest for spotting in early pregnancy (we've already seen the heartbeats - 2). Last night I had an intense dream which resulted in an orgasm. Could this have caused problems?

Orgasm will not cause any problems. We place patient on pelvic rest (refrain from intercourse, avoid heavy lifting or straining, etc) whenever we see spotting. HOwever, once the spotting or bleeding stops, you can resume your regular activities, especially once we see a fetal heartbeat. Don't worry.
