Questionmy boyfriend and i were having a sexual and romantic time together. when we relized that his sperm got inside of me. i know that once sperm hits the air the cells that produee a baby dies or something like that, but i dont think it had enough time to hit air.. its been about a month and i havent taken a test yet. the signs i have been having concern me, like lower back pain, breast hurt, migranes and headaches, loss of sleep, peeing more than usual and more.. i need to know a mayjor sign that i should be looking for if i have concieved a child within me.

Well once sperm hits air it does not necessarily die.
A major sign that you are pregnant would be if your period was late. Other than that; anything else is not necessarily a symptom. if your period is late then I would go get a test and if that is positive.... you have your answer.
Yes the swollen breasts, headaches, etc is a sign of pregnancy but it is also a sign of your period getting ready to arrive. The peeing more than usual, could be a sign of a urinary tract infection, or it could be nothing. The sleeping issues; well that could certainly be stress but not necessarily be pregnancy.
So.... the major sign I would look for is if your period is late. If it is, that is your clue to go get tested.
