Post-Abortion Fertility & Irregular Cycles: What to Expect

I was pregnant Aug 2000. If I remember correctly a home test did not detect until 7 weeks. I had an abortion and know that scar tissue formed. I went off birth control pills 01/06 to try and become pregnant now. my cycle lengths have been 23 days, 24 days, 18 days, and 39 days since. I last got my period on May 17th and still no sign of it yet. I am bloated, moody. I tested last week and today and it is negative. My questions are what tests should I ask for to make sure that the scar tissue is not hindering pregnancy and is it possible for me to be pregnant and home tests are unable to detect it? FYI: I work a stressful job @75 hours a week.. maybe no period due to stress? or am I stretching? I also have been nausea. vomitted on 05/31 first , nausea throughout the last few weeks, sometimes dizzy. vomitted again 06/10/06. how should i proceed?

You have an irregular period and I can't figure out the dates. When in August,2000 (the date) did you have the abortion. Hou do you know that you developed scar tissue? If you were on birth control pills regularly (every day) until June 6, and  your period started on May 17,you would not have ovulated on May 30, as expected if you  were not taking the pills. Sometimes it take a few months to  get  your on a regular bases. Take a pregnancy test. If it is negative,  yoo are not pregnancy. If you period does not return  aft after a month or two, make an appointment with your doctor.
