hi with many questions without any answers in my mind i am writing u this mail basically i am 19 weeks of pregnant this is my third child and i am 25 yersa old both of my children wes through ceasarian first was born on 4 nov 03 i had a lovely girl doctor said i would had a normal delivery till the end but when contradications started they daid baby head is not moving down that was breech condition and i was operated then after 18 months i had  my 2 second child again they operated saying that i did not had much gap between two and if i go into labour the utereus may rupture so they did operation and now agin my secong child had completed his oneyear i am pregnant again now this time atleast i want to have normal delivery but doctor say there will may more chances of utereus rupture can u please suggest me what if i want to have a normal delivery

With every c-section, your uterine wall gets weaker and developes scar tissue.  In your case, especially after having 2 c-sections, your chances of uterine rupture are greater and it would not be safe for either you or the baby to have a vaginal delivery.  If your uterus ruptured, you would hemorrhage and both you and the baby would lose way too much blood and could die.  It isn't worth the risk.  I know you want to have a vaginal delivery, but don't feel like you have let yourself down because you can't.  The end result is the same....you get a beautiful baby!  Good luck and I hope this helps!
