Cramps with Light Period: Causes & What to Do

I am having bad cramps but my flow is very little. I never had this problem before and I am a little scare that this could be serious. I took a pregancy test and it said negative so what can this be.

Hi Lavina,

chances are it is nothing, just some irregularity; I have heard that fibroids can cause this, or an ovarian cyst bursting, (very common and not a serious problem just painful) but it could very well be just nothing at all.

I know this is not much help! I am sorry!  I would just call your doctor and let them know, maybe talk to the nurse  and see if there is anything they want  to do. I doubt very seriously it is pregnancy!
