Questioni am 5 month pregnat,my left overy shows a cyst 38mm.i have some pain in my left side of stomach,not continuoly,after gaping of time.is it safe?is there any problem during my labour,and is it safe for both of us

A size of 38 mm does not really cause any problem. The problem may occur with large cyst if hemorrhage occurs inside the cyst or if it is twisted. This causes agonizing pain and requires surgery.
If your cyst remains at the same size or regress on successive ultrasound examination, there is nothing to worry about.
