now her doctor said that she will remove this cyst during delivery otherwise it will rapture and  create problem for my wife,
while other doctor suggest not to remove during delivery and remove or treat by hormones after delivery.
now what I have to do please guide me
thank you

Answer
Dear Mohammad

The answer of tour question is really complicated and the decision is yours after doctors inforn you of the advantages and disadvantages of both methods.

I agree with the second opinion. Complications such as rupture or torsion may occur at any time during the remaining 8 weeks of pregnancy; but, they may not occur as well. chances are 50% to each possibility. Now,If her doctor decides to remove the cyst at delivery, this means that he already made a decision to deliver her by Cesaran. I do not agree with this policy. I prefer you wait till spontaneous onset of delivery and if complication arises during delivery, a cesarean section can then be made with cyst removal. If delivery goes normal (vaginal), then you can have a trial with hormones after delivery. If no response occur then surgery would be the alternative.

Best of Luck.
