Post-Abortion Symptoms: Addressing Cramps, Back Pain & Breast Changes

I had a medical abortion in early October (the week of Oct.8-12).  And everything went well.  I went to my two week checkup on Oct. 23 and started on my birth control on Oct. 27.  My fiance and I have protected sex ALL THE TIME.  We check for busted condoms and everything, so we are very safe.  But, now I am waiting for my cycle to start and I am having cramps like crazy and lower back pains.  Along with those symptoms my breast look as if I am pregnant, but there was no implantation bleeding or nothing, so am I going crazy for nothing or I need to go get checked out?  Along with this question what happens to the body after an abortion as far as cycles and getting the body to function back at its regular state before pregnancy.  I am soooo nervous and really need some help and an answer.

as you know from most of my answers concerning so called "medical abortion"
I am absolutely strongly against that procedure. You are an example why that is so. One in 20 cases stay pregnant, even if they have had severe bleeding.
I can only advise you to do a pregtest and cross my fingers for you.
