i am having upper middle belly pains. its sour to the touch it hurts when i get up to walk because it starches it also hurts when im asleep an move to my left side to my right. or my right to my left...it also hurts when my baby moves under it. it feel as if something is swollen

First of all, it is very important that I know how far along you are. Secondly, please remember that at any time if you feel stomach pains, I urge you to call your obstetrician immediately.

This could be something as simple as round ligament pains, braxton hicks or other normal pregnancy discomforts, or it may be something more severe. In order for me to help you more accurately, I would need to know how far along you are and also if this is your first pregnancy.
