Unusual Menstrual Changes After Clomid: Causes & Concerns

ok i have been taking clomid for about 3 onths, my cycle usually comes between days 33-36 it is usually bright red and never brown or thick. this month i got it on day 36 and it is very very brown and thick why is this? is it because of the clomid and if yes why hasn't it been like this before?

Clomid does not cause such a brownish color. This can be to abortion that went unrecognized. 15% of pregnancies abort without being recognized.
A determination of beta subunit level in blood can point to accurate diagnosis.
