QuestionI had just started a fitness routine a few weeks before I got pregnant and got the ok from my Ob/Gyn to continue. The workout consists of walking/light weights/stretching. I started noticing some slight changes in my muscle tone and wonder if I will continue to obtain some muscle tone if I continue to workout throughout my pregnancy.
