Delayed Period & Potential Pregnancy with Fibroid: What Could It Be?

hi, i am 33fem. i have 3 wonderful children who i love to bits.

so this is troubling me. i am 8 days late, for the last few days i am having all the signs that they will come but nothing
i am extremely tired, sore, itchy breasts, tummy aches and today i noticed slightly elevated temp. also sometimes get a feeling like hot flashes.

i have a fibroid in the uterus .

should i consider pregnancy? my husband and i use a condom everytime although not at the beginning.

i should say that 3 weeks ago 19 days after my last period i saw tiny traces of blood.

i am at a loss here.

Pregnancy is very likely at your age although your husband uses condoms when having sex.

I advise a transvaginal ultrasound for accurate diagnosis. If you are not pregnant, a treatment can be given to start your menstruation.
