Infertility & Conceiving After Abortion: Causes & What to Do

I am 28 years Old. I am married for last 3 years.I had two abortions. First Ab in 2nd month and 2nd was in 6th month in Jan09 . Now i am trying for pregnancy, but not conceiving. My tests are Ok. i had my ovulation study, in that ovulation was  ++. now i want to know the reason and want to know that every month egg prepare on same date , my periods are always after 30 days. so every month egg prepare and ruptured on same date. what should i do got got pregnant.

In order to get pregnant you need more than ovulation. You need healthy tubes to transfer the ovum to your uterine cavity which should be healthy as well. Tests to ensure integrity and healty of these parts may be a little expensive and may take few months to be completed.

The first thing to do is to make sure that your partner is OK. Because there is nothing simpler than having a semen analysis, this should be the first thing to do. If he is OK, then your doctor should start with you. Since you have alreay tested your ovulation, the next step would be to have a hysterosalpingography. This is a form of X ray which shows the uterus and tubes and their health. A laparoscopy may be further needed.
