I understand the questions must be simple and direct, which my former question was not. I'll follow the guidelines this time. So...
1) Is it ok to do crunches/sit-ups until the 10th week of pregnancy?
2) After the 1st trimester, all exercise for the abdomen area is off-limits. Is this true?
3) After a normal labour, when is it ok to resume intensive abdominal exercises?
