QuestionHey my names cheryl im just wonderin if you can give me some advice i had a miscarrage last month (30th April) and iv just discoverd im pregnant again (3rdJune) I never had a period and im scared im gonna miscarry again. I have been gettin some pains in my belly like the first time round but no bleeding. i also have a urnie infection can this be causin the cramp like pains??

I am not medically trained, but urine infections can cause pain and discomfort. It is also common in early pregnancy to experience some pains when the embryo is attaching to the uterus wall.
I had a miscarriage in 2002, and I fell pregnant in my very first ovulation afterwards (which is probably similar to your experience). My son was born healthy at full term, and is now a lively and energetic 5 year old :o) Every pregnancy is different, and just because you miscarried last time does not mean you will this time. It is important to make your midwife and doctor aware of the previous miscarriage if they dont already know. Try to relax and enjoy these first weeks, thats the best start you can give this little life inside you!
