Answer
There is never really a 100% safe time to have sex. Even if a woman uses a birth control method, it is still not 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy. Plus you can contract a sexually transmitted disease because no condoms or birth control methods prevent STDs. I recommend abstinence from sex unless you are married. Then you have no worries or problems.
