My LMP was Feb 24 2009. I missed my march due date on 21 march and took a hpt which was positive, Went to my doc's office,who confirmed my pregnancy and said I was 4 weeks along. But I started spotting and my HcG levels startd dropping. The nurse called me with my last blood work results on thursday saying I am miscarrying and the bleeding should start soon.My HcG levels were 171, 307 and then dropped to 88 on last thursday.
It did start bleeding this saturday with light cramps , sometimes severe, April 4 2009. We want to start trying again soon. Can you please advice us? Can I start trying right after the bleeding stops? I was supposed to be about 5 weeks pregnant when the levels started dropping.

I am very sorry to read of your miscarriage.
If you feel emotionally ready there is no medical reason why you can not start trying again straight away (unless your dr has specifically told you not to). It can take women a varied amount of time for their body to return to normal, you may find your periods are slightly irregular for a few months, and therefore your ovulation day changing but that does not mean you couldn't start trying.
Good luck with ttc, and I hope you get a positive pregnancy soon. Many ladies go on to have a health pregnancy after a miscarriage, so I hope you will get this quickly.
