Early Pregnancy Concerns: Gestational Age Discrepancy & Ultrasound Findings

IM CONFUSED  
ok, my lmp was 9/17/07 . by that i should be about 7 weeks pregnent gestinal age. i tested early at 10/13 and positive.first sighns was heavy breast on 10/9. had a u/s on 10/18 because my doc said it felt like my uterus was atleast 6 weeks. could not see anything. had to go to the ER for pain the 1st of nov. should of been 6 weeks by lmp and only showed small sac. hcg levels went from 1340 to 1598 in 6 days. had a u/s done today and it showed a sac measuring 4 weeks 3 days and a yolk sac . she did not seen concerned and wants me to go ahead and come back monday to have my levels tested again. she said i was only about 4 1/2 weeks.and everything looked good as things are starting to show. is it possible this is right? i hope so. my cycles are long 31-34 days. but that much of a diffrence in dates?! has any of yall had your dates changed back over 2 weeks?

Long cycles can definitely change your due date. But with the dates you are stating, you probably didn't get pregnant until the middle of October.  It sounds to me as if you need to have another ultrasound in ~10 days.  At that point they should be able to see a heartbeat, which will be very reassuring.

Dating can be a bit tricky, but it is good you are getting early care and good follow-up.
