i am 26 year old boy. Almostly 7&8 year ago my eyes white colour change in to yellow my some  reletive adviced me to go to doc but i could not. Oneday i read on the web about jaundice and i feel i have that so i test my self  and get my lft every thing was ok except my indirect bllurban was 5.0dc lt counted. Now plz tel me what i need to do is i have liver desce . And sory  for my bad eng.

Hello.  I'd be glad to try and help you.  Normally when your bilirubin is high, other liver tests are also high, but you say that yours are normal.  This is a good thing.  Bilirubin levels can be used to identify liver damage/disease or to monitor the progression of jaundice. Increased total or indirect (also called unconjugated) bilirubin may be a result of hemolytic, sickle cell or pernicious anemias.  These are rather uncommon, but you may need further testing to determine if you have these.  I recommend that you check with your doctor.
