Questioni have endo level 4, i did lupron depot shot for 9 month, i got my period back and this month its late, i have done 2 pregnancy test myself and 2 my diff. Drs. and they came back negative, i have been nausea like i have never been before and i just went to the hospital couples of day ago because i had sharp pain in my uterus and on the sides that wouldn't go away every time i got up i wanted to throw up and i was very dizzy, my breast hurt a lot! to a point that when i get out of bed and change my body position it hurts really bad, putting on and taking off my bra hurts too. is it possible to be pregnant in my case of endo and being on menopause for 9 month and getting one period and then it stopping out of nowhere. am I pregnant or just my body reacting to the lupron still.
please advice me.....
AnswerHello Julieth,
It would be very difficult to be pregnant after two negative blood pregnancy tests. However, the symptoms that you have are very suspicious for pregnancy. I think I would recommend another blood pregnancy test to be absolutely sure. If it is negative, then you need to be evaluated by having an ultrasound. At this point, I don't have enough information to tell what is going on. It is not a lupron effect. Lupron blocks all the ovarian hormones and the symptoms that you are having are consistent with high levels of ovarian hormones, as in pregnancy. You need to see a gynecologist and be thoroughly evaluated.
