IUI is a good treatment choice for you. Based on your count and motility, you have plenty of sperm, however, they may not be functioning well. I would recommend that you attempt IUI for up to four tries. If that does not work, then you should move to IVF with ICSI.
There is also some natural remedies that you could try to increase your motility. There are two products that you can purchase via the internet called "Proxeed" and "Fertility Blend". You can go to their websites to order directly. They are mainly vitamin supplements but have been shown to increase sperm quality. You will have to take it for a minimum of three months, but it may help overall.
