If I have had sex without condom ane my partner had ejaculate in me so How can I know if I am pregnant or not in 72hrs..So if necessary I can take emergency contraceptive pills to prevent pregnancy? Does emergency contraceptive pills affects on girl's fertility system?How much minimum time does sperms take to fertilite the cell? Emergency contraceptive pill works if i have had sex in 72 hrs and also got pregnant in 72hrs?
Please reply me as soon as possible including all my questions..

There is no way to know if you are pregnant within 72 hours because implantation does not occur until 7 days after ovulation. The emergency pill is to be taken within that time to prevent a pregnancy from occurring, i.e prevent implantation, not after you find out your are pregnant. So, you have to take it regardless of whether or not you think you might become pregnant or not if you want to prevent pregnancy from occurring.
