Answer
Hello Tiesha from Jamaica,

The problem you have is that your ovaries are not functioning correctly (despite the normal hormone levels).  In order to become pregnant, the ovaries have to ovulate (give off an egg).  If it doesn't, there is not the possibility of getting pregnant.  This will require the use of fertility medications, not provera.  Provera only induces your endometrial lining to shed, causing the bleed.  It does nothing for the ovary.  I know fertility care is expensive, but you don't necessarily need IVF.  I would recommend that you have your Gynecologist refer you to a fertility specialist.  Don't stay with the Gynecologists.  It sounds like you have already exceeded their knowledge base.  You need a fertility specialist who will do a treatment called ovulation induction.  If there are no other problems that might be preventing pregnancy, such as tubal blockage, then once you start ovulating on the fertility medications, you should be able to get pregnant.
