Greetings of the day
My name is shalini.as I know that during ovulation if women become pregnant if she intercourse.I want to know how one should know this is the fertility day like my last period day was 9 mar 2014 my cycle is 28 days so when is the fertile day also I would like to share that every alternate day after my period we both intercourse only 4 days twice times in a month we could not did any thing so it might be possible that 4 days was my fertile day and I missed that day.pleas guide me .

AnswerHello Shalini,
If you have regular 28 day cycles, then ovulation is occurring on CD#14 (start the count from the 1st day of your period). With that knowledge, you should follow the following protocol to increase your chances of pregnancy:
CD#1 Day the period bleed begins (1st day of flow)
CD#10 Stop having intercourse
CD#13-16 Begin intercourse once per day, only one time per day, one ejaculation only.
CD#17+ May continue normal activity.
The only days that are fertile in your cycle are CD#13,14 and 15. Those are the days that you absolutely should have intercourse. All other days in the month are for recreational sex only.
