Dear Dr.,

If I have had sex without condom ane my partner had ejaculate in me so How can I know if I am pregnant or not in 72hrs..So if necessary I can take emergency contraceptive pills to prevent pregnancy? Does emergency contraceptive pills affects on girl's fertility system?How much minimum time does sperms take to fertilite the cell? Emergency contraceptive pill works if i have had sex in 72 hrs and also got pregnant in 72hrs?
Please reply me as soon as possible including all my questions..

Basically, a lot of women do take the morning after pill and they don't really need to. You can't know if you are pregnant within 72 hours so you are taking hormones and it could not be necessary.
