my menstrual period didnt come for the month of july..so i took duphaston for ten days (2 tab a day).after taking them all, 6 days after, i had a one day menstrual period.. What does it mean? Thank you

This only means that you did not have much of a uterine/endometrial lining so there was not much to shed. That is the basis for the menstrual bleeding. It is not an abnormality, but an indication that you did not have much estrogen in this cycle. That was probably due to a lack of ovulation, which is the system that you body uses where estrogen is produced.
