How to Induce Your Period: Methods & Considerations

Question
is there anything that i can do to make my menstrual period start sooner then scheduled?

Answer
It depends on whether you've ovulated or not.  If you have ovulated, your body is making progesterone, which will prevent your period from coming until 2 weeks after ovulation when the progesterone level drops.  If you haven't ovulated, it's possible to bring on a period with either birth control pills or progesterone pills for about 5 days.  If you're on the pill, it's usually fairly easy to have your period when you want.
