QuestionHello for several years i have had an irregular period but in the last year it has seemed to level out. I now have one every 29-34 days. I just had mine two weeks ago and now i seem to be spotting again it is not the same color more of a darker red brown can you give me any advice to what may cause this?

I cannot tell you what is going on without doing a thorough evaluation. It could be hormonal, anatomical such as polyps, endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial cancer or uterine fibroids, infection of the uterus or a hematologic disorder. You will need to see a gynecologist to have an evaluation done.
