AnswerHello Shazad from Pakistan,
I would recommend that you first repeat the semen analysis to verify the results. This time, do not abstain from intercourse for more than 3 days. If the result still shows a poor motility, you have several options:
1. See a Urologist specializing in male infertility to do an anatomical examination to see if you have a varicocele or other problem leading to increased sperm death
2. Try using a vitamin supplement called "Proxeed" or "Fertility Blend", both of which are available without a prescription through the internet, for a 3 month period then retest for semen analysis.
3. Proceed to IUI (intrauterine insemination), which is what I would advise.
