Answer
Hello Tanu from India,

This is really a question that your doctor should have already answered for you.  It is his/her responsibility to explain the meaning of the results from tests that are ordered.

The HSG shows that both tubes are open.  It also shows that you have a slight curvature (arcuate) of the uterine cavity.  This has no bearing on your ability to become pregnant.  So in essence, your uterus and tubes from the HSG point of view, is normal.

PCOD is an ovarian dysfunction disorder, NOT a description of the ovaries.  It means that the ovaries are not working properly leading to hormonal problems/imbalance.  It does not occur in only one side.

I cannot tell you the reason for your infertility without having done a full infertility evaluation.  There are too many possibilities.  When using natural treatment plans, like ovulation induction with Letrozole, it can take several months to get pregnant.
