QuestionI had my embryo tranfer done on the 23/10, it was a day 3 transfer. to day is 31/10, day 8 after transfer and when i woke up i was at first spot bleeding but then turned into what seems to be a period. i have cramps in my stomach like i would if it was a period and my blood test is to days away. does this mean i am not pregnant? and is there nothing i can do?

Unfortunately bleeding like a period with cramping are not good signs, but as happened with my wife, does not necessarily mean that the pregnancy is lost. My recommendation would be to have a pregnancy test (blood) done. It will answer the question. Other than that, there is not much more that you can do. What will be will be.
