PCOS, Letrozole & Delayed Period: Pregnancy Chances & Next Steps

hello doc.
i hav pcos problam..and this cycle my doctor give me letrozole 5 mg with injection and found one mature egg about 18mm/20mm. on day 15 now i am on cycle day 30 and my period not come today..i am also taking duphoston 10 mg twice a day & bigomet sr 1000 mg per day..so what are the chances of my pregnancy..can i take hpt now..if i am not pregnant so what was the cause of my period delay

You should do a pregnancy test at this point.  I recommend a blood pregnancy test rather than a home kit because it is more sensitive.  If you are taking progesterone, that will prevent you from having a period until you stop it.
