Heat, Nausea, and Headache: Possible Causes & What to Do

if i am outside on a very hot day and suddenly get very nautious and a headache - is that due to the heat (i find 'heat' much harder to take since having gone thru menopause) ...
aside from the obvious of going inside to aircon. - does it mean i need a drink?

It could mean a lot of things... it may suggest thyroid problems or anemia.  You didn't say whether you were on medications, or had high blood pressure, but sometimes the heat will cause the blood pressure to fluctuate (usually down) and cause these kind of symptoms.  The first treatment would be to stay hydrated...meaning drink lots of liquids.  But, with these symptoms, I would suggest getting checked out by your doctor with the blood work for anemia and thyroid problems.
