QuestionHello,
I am a 47 year old woman and have suffered from overweight and obesity most of my life. My parents were overweight as well and suffered from related conditions. I've changed my diet and been exercising for the past 8 months but the weight loss has not been very much. I have only lost 13 pounds.
A few years ago I met with a doctor who mentioned phentermine to assist with weight loss and I said I wanted to lose weight naturally. Now, after trying very very hard and realizing that the results I want and need are not happening, I wish I had taken the recommendation when I had the chance.
I was laid off 5 months ago and no longer have health insurance so my options are limited. Seeing a doctor for a prescription and then buying the prescription (for just one month!) is a lot more than I can afford. I feel lost and stuck and very, very restricted by my current financial situation. A friend told me about getting medicine online but I dont have the faintest idea how that works.
I'm writing you because you are volunteering your time and would be more willing to help me than other doctors bc they want to be paid for their services. I'm also writing because you are not a US doctor and therefore may have a different opinion than the doctors I am used to. I think that buying medicine online isnt something supported by doctors in the US but my options are very limited right now.
Thank you for any help you can give.
Mariana
AnswerHi,
I will help you. I have helped many people reduce weight without drugs. I think the best would be to try the dietery approach again. you can take help from:
http://diet.health.com/
http://weightloss.about.com/
Also rememeber, you dont have to try hard to keep your stomach unfilled, rather you have to fill it up with low calorie foods like vegetables used in salad.
for feedback of results after 2 months, you can write to me on khalid2277@rediffmail.com
