Understanding Persistent Low-Grade Fever: Causes & What to Do

My fever ranges from 99 to 100 in the evenings only. I have no other symptoms. I donot know when the tempwerature is rising. and it becomes normal in the mornings, My Liver function test are ok all blood test a ok. Only my ESR varies from 20 to 45,I only feel that my head is heavy and i had a problem of severe head aches. My chest X rays and My abdomin ultra sounds are ok. Plz advice

That is called a low grade fever. Often it means nothing as fever normally goes up in the afternoon. Not knowing what blood tests you had, I can't advise you as to what else needs to be done. The ESR is a non-specific test that shows an inflammatory condition in the body. It is used primarily to FOLLOW a disease rather than to DIAGNOSE one.
