What is the duration period that I should take this?, Should i be taking all of them or should I select some?. On the other hand do i get them from the pharmacy or from the doctor? By the way I am a resident of Japan and actually I am a foreigner here. So you imagine the problem I would to explain all this to a Jap doc who dont understand an english word.

Most people take them all for at lease 12 weeks to replace their deficiency and then adjust the dose and types to get more effectiveness. For most people it is lifetime unless they live out of their own non-fertilized gardens and have access to free range livestock products. OK?

Here we get them from the vitamin area of drug and grocery stores or at www.puritan.com which appears to be good quality and less expensive.
