Sinus Infection Relief: Home Remedies & When to See a Doctor

How do I get rid of a sinus infection without going to a doctor and getting on an antibiotic. I don't have medical insurance. So are there any home remedies?

First, do you really have an infection. Facial pain, frontal headache, stuffiness and drainage aren't necessarily signs of infection. They can be just signs of an upper respiratory infection from a virus. Treating that is best done with over the counter medicines. If you  truly do have a bacterial infection, then the only way to deal with that is to get a prescription for antibiotics. That will necessitate a doctors visit.
