Questionhi, i hope i have come through to the right department... well anyway, i went to the doc about 2 weeks ago with what i thought was a wate infection, he put me on anti-biotics... just before i finished the course i started to feel burin and itching and everything swelled up down below, so they gave me pessirie tab and some cream, which didnt work, so the gave me a cream pesserie which still didnt make that much differnce, so i phoned doc back up and he gave me 4 oral tabs to take of which 1 aday, im on the second 1 at the moment and feel a little bit better down there.. there was a slighty yellowish discharge, but i feel asif ive been cut down below, it feels raw now, almost like a cut down there which feels like its throbbing sometimes were its sore... well ive just come on my period so dnt know if thats a bad thing, please have u got any idea at all what it could be... i havent had sex with my husband so it doesnt spread or get worse, so i know its not that, thanks

As I am not a doctor, and even if I were I would need to physically examine you, I cannot say what this might be.
I would recommend that you follow your doctors instructions and continue to abstain from sex until you are comfortable again. If you are in doubt of your doctor's knoweldge in this area then I would suggest you get a second opinion. Perhaps a gynecologist or family planning clinic would be best as they are the experts in this area.
