Questionhello doctor,
i have two somewhat unrelated questions. the first is why am i getting random dizzy spells. i am 25 years old, and they started 2 years back. i just started shaking, hearing weird and sweating. then an impulse to defecate came on. i had to hold on really hard to a pole i had found since i felt like i was going to lose all control. luckilly, my boyfriend came by and got a coke and maybe that helped. and then this happened 3 more times. i never know when to expect it which is terrible. i used to carry urric acid but no longer do. maybe i am somewhat anemic since i almost never eat meat but since i am outside of the country, there is no way for me to find this out. what other symptoms of anemia are there so i can watch out? what other things may be happening? what can i do to prepare better for this? can it be prevented completely?
secondly, i have recently developed an annoying habit of cleaning up my earwax, but almost compulsively. i do it every day, various times a day. is this dangerous in any way? i know that one tends to push the wax back inside, maybe this has happened, i don't know, but what else is problematic with it?
thank you very much for your advice.

Actually this sounds like a seizure disorder so you need to see a neurologist and be properly diagnosed and treated.

After your doctor cleans the canal out ask them if it is OK to put a Q-tip saturated with olive oil into each ear canal every month to stop this process.
