Light Periods: What to Know About Irregular Flow & Potential Causes

What does it mean when you have your period for awhile but its not heavy at all ,&& its regular , should i be worried ? because im scared

I don't think it's anything to be scared about.  If your periods are regular and light, that's probably just normal for you, at this time.  If it's just one period that's light, it could mean that you didn't ovulate this month, or ever that you might be pregnant.  Usually light periods are not a cause for concern.
