Muscle Twitching and Tremors: Causes, Symptoms & When to See a Doctor

Question
hello. i am a 22 year old male, average build, and fairly healthy as far as i can tell, however:

I've noticed (more so while in a relaxed state, but not always) that i have involuntary muscle twitching in random places, hands, arms, cheeks, eyelids, neck, shoulders, calves, feet.  it will usually last for a few seconds - few minutes, but in rarer situations can last 6-12 hours.  in addition to this my hands are fairly shaky.  sometimes worse than other times, and also i find in some positions my hand will shake terribly, but not all the time.  every now and again i also experience numbness in my arms, legs, and lower back.  I've always just assumed i was sitting oddly and pinched a nerve or something, but i find my body does this very easily.  sometimes when just sitting normally in a soft chair or couch i will notice tingling/numbness in the mentioned ares so i slightly adjust how i am sitting and it will go away.
all of these symptoms on their own haven't sparked a great deal of concern, however in mild research on the Internet i have found neurological diseases that include some/all of these symptoms. so that is where my concern is coming from.
my shaky hands and numbness i can remember experiencing sense early teenhood, however i believe it has been a little worse the past 5 years or so. and the twitching is newer in the past couple of years.
the only other thing i can think that may have any relevance is in my early teenhood i would experience severe migraines about once a month. i would experience tunnel vision, hot cold, brutal headaches, loss of energy, sensitivity to light/sound, loss of appetite, and occasionally an uneasy stomach.  this lasted 3-4 years then slowly declined. I have not had a migraine in at least 4-5 years.

i believe that is everything. what do you think about my situation?

Answer
tough question.... find out if a drink of alcohol, like one beer stops the shakes; also, what positions cause the numbness feeling.   These symptoms statistically aren't any of the bad neuro diseases- mult scler, myasth gravis, and all those, but prob should be looked at by a doc...
