QuestionA few years ago, I had a DVT and Pulmonary Embolism. I also had a Greenfield Filter implanted. I'm 55 years and, otherwise, in excellent health. I walk/jog 40-50 miles a week and my blood work is great. Last week, I went on a ride at the Epcot center in Orlando called SPACE. It mentioned at the beginning, that it involved motion sickness, G forces and spinning. Afterwards, I felt a little dizzy but then I was OK. Are rides like these not a good idea for someone who has gone through what I've gone through, in your opinion?

I would consult with your surgeon for a definite answer. My common sense tells me that it would be wise to avoid activities with G-Force pressures as you don't want to risk further embolisasion or dislodgment for the GF Filter.
