Questionhello my question is this, well I'm having this problem i started having pain on my lower right abdomen and it was constant it hurt more when i cough or lift something, then i started to touch and i felt a lump like the size of a marble it hurts a little when i touch, i,am just worried. i went with the OB but she told me the only way to know is with a CT scan, and also it hurt for almost a week but now is just when i cough or blow my nose, also i been having chronic cough and taking medicine and inhaler to help, that's why I was scared that it could be a hernia, well thank and I'll wait for an answer

Sounds like a hernia to me till proven different. A CT will show this area and clear up the mystery. Don't be scared. A hernia is, in general, no big deal. The key is to get it fixed before it gets larger. The larger they are, the harder they are to fix.
