for quite a while now i have been getting Lightheaded when bending down.Ihave had my blood pressures checked it was normal. it also happened once when standing at the sink.m

Bending down can cause lightheadedness because the blood gets trapped in the brain and can't exchange, raising pressure and causing dizziness. if it happens while standing up, then there may be a problem with dehydration and or too low a blood pressure. One final thought is that this could also be from an inner ear infection which can cause the problem with little or no other symptoms.
