QuestionHi Dr. Aukerman. You have helped me in the past and I thank you so much for it. Now, I would like to know what is the best next step for me to take. This winter I have pain in my ankles and toes. I was told a few years back by the doctor who removed my bunion that I have arthritis in the toes. Now, I am feel it. What type of doctor should I see to get the right treatment? How can I relieve the pain now in both feet while I am trying to get in to see a doctor?
Thank you,
Pat
AnswerAnkles and toes pain is likely need for more magnesium oxide if you have less than 2-3 Bowel movements a day and gluten toxicity if you have 2-3 or more.
