Small Testicle, Swelling, and Pain: Seeking Medical Advice

I am a 18yr old male.  I have been masturbating excessively for the last year (2-3times a day).  I have recently cut back 90% of masturbation.  My testes are very very small.  I sometimes notice my right teste swell and return back to shape.  I have not noticed any big lumps in my teste, but i have noticed a small lump (size of a pebble) on the right teste.  I have also been feeling lower left abdominal pain after masturbation. I AM REALLY WORRIED. PLEASE HELP ME SIR!!!

Please refer your question to your physician as you need a physical examination for proper diagnosis.

There is no association between masturbation and reduction in testicle size, cancer, lump formation, or abdominal pain.
