Questionhi, about a week ago, i noticed a bump on my butt right beside my tail bone. about a year ago, i had a cyst on my butt, and it went away about 3 weeks later with antibiotics. could it be another cyts? it feels like it, but it is not red and swollen like it was last time. could it just be that it has not fully developed yet?
Answerthose cysts can come and go.... it is a fluid filled sack that can enlarge, sometimes opens up on it's own, internally or externally and drain, or can become infected.... I would apply heat to the area, and if it turns red/painful, then antibiotics and possibly surgical drainage.
